The staff at Sunrise Christian Academy brings both the wisdom of experience and the ongoing implementation of current knowledge in the field of early childhood education to the classroom.

The Preschool Division has a combined teaching tenure at Sunrise Christian Academy of over 40 years. Each classroom is staffed or supervised with CDA qualified teachers. All staff meets or exceeds Department of Children and Families standards.

The Primary Division(Kindergarten through 3rd Grade)has both Bachelor and Master level teachers and combined tenure of over 35 years.

The Academy Director holds a BA in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University, a Florida Teacher's Credential and an Advanced Level Director's Credential from the Department of Children and Families. Additionally, the Director is CDA qualified through Nova Southeastern University. The Director came to Sunrise Christian Academy in 2000 following a career in business.

All staff members continually upgrade their knowledge through yearly inservice workshops and classes. Many staff members are enrolled in college level courses to enhance their education.
