Primary Openings - 2006-2007

We currently have no positions open in the Primary Division (Kindergarten through 5th grade).

We are accepting resumes for the 2007-2008 school year.

The kindergarten/primary classrooms require a credentialed elementary teacher for a multi-aged environment of Kindergarten - 2nd grade students or 2nd through 4th/5th grade students. This is a 25-30 hour a week position. Maximum class size is scheduled for 12-18 students.

Emphasis is placed on creativity and flexibility in teaching. The students are encouraged to work independently and progress at their own pace. The curriculum used as a foundation is a Beka, which is combined with discovery centers and group projects.
